i want to know .how can one women can tight her boobs, by homely exercise?...n second tell me some more exercise..to tightness in our lower body past exercise...

Hey Neha I have small breasts and I have been working out on my body for about 10 years by now. I have started at home as well and this is a good way to start because you will realize how exercising makes you feel. Afterwards maybe you will decide to go to the gym but first you need to start. 

Our breasts are very sensitive part of the body and they are mostly composed of fatty tissue. Due to this fact when we lose some weight they shrink as well and vice versa. And if we want to avoid them to be loose and unattractive we should either use some cosmetics which are proven to work or work out. There are few good exercises to make your breast firm. The best are traditional push ups. And I know that nobody likes them but they are still the best and most effective and you don't need any type of equipment. And while doing them you can feel how your own weight works for you.
