I've had this book for only three days and gone 54 pages of the 223, and found so many useful things to help in my career and ways to be a better manager.
For those out of the loop Carolyn is Carolyn Kepcher the woman that sits to Donnald Trump right on the Apprentice. Some have labeled her as an ice queen, some women thinks she harsh and unfair to women others label her as a straight shooter. one thing she's good at is giving good advice and helpful tips with dealing with bosses and managers in the workplace.
The book is sprinkled with little tips to that act as a guide to help you in the workplace and clever segways into the next topic of the book.
Here's two tips as an example:
Be intuitively aware of the importance of turf possession in every professional proceeding.
and
You need a strong sense of self to manage a weak boss.

The little I know about her I think she's great. Glad to hear the book is good, I plan to read it.
I just finished the audio book. Other then some inside stories about "The Donald" and behind the scenes at the Apprentice, it was not very informative. If you have been in the working world for a short time, you will know the stuff that is covered.
If boiled down to be assertive, confident and think about the big picture. Trump maxim: If I succeed, we all succeed. If I fail, we all fail.
