Hello my name is Has and I've been having the same problems. I have to take a laxative or some form of tea everyday in order to use the restroom. My stomach has knots, back pain, skin breakout all over my body especially my breast area. I know something is wrong with me, but all I'm getting is the run around. My son is now 2 years old and I'm still having bowel issues. I'm always in a lot of pain. I don't know what to do at this point. I recently went to the hospital. After five hours in the emergency room, I left the hospital with know answer to my problem. They sent me home with medications and know explanation. I feel like I'm dying slowly! I'm a very healthy eater. I eat organic, no meat other than fish and I still can't use the bathroom without assistance. I read your post and I was relieved that I wasn't alone. Can you please give me some insight as to what's going on with me. I love my son! I can't imagine leaving him.

Omg Yess!! I just had my daughter 3 months ago and now I have THE WORSE constipation problem!!! I get the urge to go and I immediately go to the bathroom but then I'm there wanting to go but it won't come out!! The pain is horrible!!! I think I've also developed Hemorrhoids but I'm not for sure!! I went to the doctor , she told me she doesn't think it's hemorrhoid and all she gave me was Pills for the constipation!!! I eventually can go and use the bathroom like 3 days after but Gossh it hurts soooo bad!! And it even bleeds!!! It makes me cringe when I get the urge to go because I already know what's coming!!! I think maybe the doctor moved my intestines too much or something when i had my C-section Because it all started AFTER my C-section!!! The Pain is so unbelievable, I wouldnt even wish it on my worse Enemy!!!

Ok , not to scare anyone but... My c section was 16 years ago. Granted I did end up having to have a hysterectomy in between. My abdomen is still numb from the incision line down. I am either really constipated with very hard still or I have very funny bms. Exercise won't help the weird bulge under my incision. A year to f dieting and worked my out only resulted in 15 lbs lost. My question is. Is this due to the c or the hysterectomy? What can be done it anything

I found this article about antibiotic side effects.Your issue lies in your immune system. https://www.health.harvard.edu/digestive-health/antibiotic-associated-diarrhea
A simple solution is probiotics but you would want to talk to your doctor about this. Please do something for you and for your baby as you have unwittingly set the stage for their health to be compromised also (because of the antibiotics) by having a c-section birth. DO NOT BLAME YOURSELF. It would be nice if more DR, we as informed as Dr. Perlmutter. Good luck in your pursuit of health.

Thank you to everyone that posted on this string. I had my first c-section 4years ago with no complications afterwards; however my second c-section 6 months ago has left my stomach and digestive system with a number of new issues from gas, constipation, throwing up etc. I going to try taking probiotics to see if things get better. I really appreciate all of you sharing your stories. Knowing that you are not alone makes a huge difference. Peace and blessings to you all.

Hi there. I had my baby 20 months ago by emergency c section. I could have litterally written your post as I have the EXACT same symptoms and am now trying to cure H pylori also. I would be so interested to hear how you are going. I feel very alone after being dismissed by every dr
