hi, my bf has a burning sensation when he urinates he had it for 4 months now. at first it was mild and he ignored it and then one nite after sex it got worse, i have been tested before him and i had sex for HIV and it was negative, he has no other symptoms only burning aand slight pain; no discharge, swelling or odor. Doctor told him it could be gonnorhea or chlamydia but he wasn't tested. I need to know what this is

He needs to be tested by the doctor. It could be a urinary tract infection but yes, it may be an STD. Chlamydia is a possibility as well as gonorrhea.
No sex until he's tested. If it is an STD you can get it too. If he does test positive you need to see your doctor as well.
The HIV test only looks for HIV, not everything else.
i had a vdrl and i was tested for gonnorrhea and chlamydia before him as well
He still needs to be tested.
