I've been on the pill for a year and a half now, at first was on Cilest but I've recently changed to Yasmin.
On both pill's I've tried to miss my break and carry on taking my pills, but when I do that I seem to bleed lightly all month!!

It's really making me feel like some freak now, is it normal and how can I stop it??
I recently tried it because I was going on holiday.. No joy, I still found myself bleeding!

Has anybody else had this problem? It's really confused me!! :(
I have heard the problem you're talking about a pretty typical issue with Yasmin. Have you considered changing birth control? I think it might be a good idea for you to do that. What do you think?

Thats the thing, it isnt just with Yazmin, when I was on Cilest the same thing happened :-(
I'm going to book an App with GP anyway but this is really bugging me!

Obviously I don't have it, but I have read of other women on the forums suffering from the same thing. Does that help you at all?

I was reading through threads trying to find where someone had said about it, but cant seem to find anything on it which made me wonder..

I have been taking a progestogen only pill -noriday- for two weeks, and had also taken the morning after pill the day that I started using noriday.
I had my period last week and finished 4 days ago. It lasted for 5 days, when my normal period is only 3 (which doesn't worry me as this sometimes happens)........
however this morning after having sex I noticed I had started bleeding a little, so I put in my menstrual cup and about 10 minutes later I felt it overflowing!
When I emptied it I realised that I wasn't really bleeding all that much but had passed a blood clot equivilent to 12 liquid mls that completely filled the cup (huge!)........It looked like I had passed an organ! I have checked the cup twice in the last half hour and it is clean and I have stopped bleeding enitrely? Is there something wrong? should I go and see a nurse?
