Breast implants surgery tomorrow...havent told the drs im on methadone yet

So I am having breast implants tomorrow morn. I havent told the drs im on methadone yet, for fear of judgment or even rejection from the surdery. So now im getting worried I might die or not get the right pain medication. I take 80mg of methadone daily and for my surdery they are putting me under with a mix of ketamine and valiume. I have norcos 7.5mg for after surdery. Will I be okay mixing methadone with kwtamine and valium? Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly apperciated. Thanks!
