I have significant scar tissue from breast cancer biopsy's and then going in a second time. It is like a deep slash with major scar tissue surrounding the area. Several of my doctors doing follow ups agree that any additional cancer would need to be confirmed by mammograms since there is so much scar tissue. I currently have no evidence of cancer. However, this weekend when playing golf I pulled a muscle in my chest causing significant pain (on the breast with scar tissue). I stopped playing the rest of the round and put ice on it - and took some motrin - it eased up at the end of the round - and now, I believe it has "broken" up some of the scar tissue. Is this possible?
