have had this off and on for years. But got a lot worse and I think it has to do with my asthma. Wearing a mask has made my asthma far worse Take three times the dosage usually take.

I have been having similar issues. My pain is between my shoulder blades, especially when I bend forward, there is a sharp burning pain under my breastbone. I plan on going to the doctor this week. Right now, I am using heat to my upper back and doing lots of stretching. I am wondering if it has to do with poor posture.

Yes, I have had numbness in my arms, and once in my face which felt like a dentist injected novocaine. The numbness has subsided, but now its pain between my shoulder blades that radiates to the center of my chest

It feels like I have a deformed breastbone, but was told by a doctor I have inflammation between the breastbone. He put me on 200mg ibuprofen which isn't doing anything. Please I'm in so much pain and just want results. What to do?
