Hi..I am only 6 dpo, but I have noticed that my breasts seem to be bigger..they are not sore..they just seem bigger...is it too early to feel this symptom? I am also having a lot of white creamy vaginal discharge.

It's never to early to be having this symptom. Mine started almost right away. Although this is my fourth pregnancy and my body pretty much knows what to do every womans pregnancy is different. The discharge is normal as well. They call it leukorrhea. And it will continue throughout pregnancy. It will even get heavy at times and many women prefer to use panty liners. But as for your breasts they as well will continue to get large and later in pregnancy will may even begin to leak somewhat. It's all in preparation for baby. Good luck!
