breasts leaking, not huge amounts but enough, diagnosed with water infection

Hi im 23 and my boobs have been leaking for about a month now, not huge amounts but enough. It's milky and sometimes clear. Ive also gained a fair amount of weight recently and keep getting diff temperature changes ( getting extremely hot) all for the same amount of time.i also get twingy/stretching feelings around my belly button. I did a couple of preg. Tests a few weeks ago but it came back negative. Docs said i had water infection and took antibiotics which i believe has gone a while ago. Anyone got any ideas what it could be please? Im going to docs tomorrow again. Thankyou
