Hi. I am thinking about breast augmentation… I am not sure though. I have three children and I feel like the time has come to do something with my body. My breasts look saggy and I think it`s implant time. What do you think?

Hi. I have small breasts and I have breast implants. I am not happy the way my breasts look. They look pretty artificial to me. They are also asymmetris and this is really visible. If I only knew how they will look, I would never go for a breast agumentation. However, many women are quite happy with their new breasts. If you make up your mind, you should be aware of many possible complications. These complications include post-operative bleeding, fluid collections, breast pain, alterations in nipple sensations, visible wrinkling, asymmetric appearance and synmastia.

Having small breasts does not mean that you will have a bad outcome in breast augmentation surgery. It just means that your surgeon will make choices to try and mask the profile of the implant.

It's a few years, old, but I found this article by Dr. Grant Stevens, a plastic surgeon in Los Angeles, pretty helpful when my wife and I were researching her procedure:

Hi there, I had breast augmentation with dr. salas and also my daugthers and friends, I have 4 children and I'm 49 years old but I look more younger I had some procedures with dr. salas(hahaha) I had a breast lift with augmentation and a tummy tuck my friend had a breast lift and my daugthers had breast augmentation, my other friend had lipo with breast augmentation she was cup A but now she is a cup C, if you need more information or if you have any questions you can ask me at any time
