Hi. I have a really thick brown patch on the base of my penis which then get thinner the further up the penis before ending at the tip. I am uncircumcised and a virgin. Also, ever since this appeared, occasionally it burn when needing a pee and urinating. I am 14 btw.

The line is NORMAL. Look up raphe line.
It's also NORMAL for your penis to be darker than the rest of your body - and more "patchy."
The burning may be a urinary tract infection. You ARE cleaning under your foreskin, right?
yeah, i have started to clean it more regularly! Thank you for your response. I know the raphe is normal, but is it okay that it is thick at the bottom (like an inch) and then thin at the top. I also noticed it is red where the penis connects to the scrotum, and can be itchy occasionaly. We are booking the doctors for next week to see if it is an infection or something else.
Yes it's OK that it's wider at the bottom.
