for the past year ive been making myself sick at the beginning i was making myself sick at least 5 days a week and my eeating habits were all over the place. i managed to stop making myself sick but i find now that every now and then i will just binge out and make myself sick :-( i disnt see it as much of a problem after i stopped being sick so reglarly but lately ive just been binging out eating a lot of sweets and stodgy stuff without and being sick i havent been to the doctors about it as i know i can control it, well i think i can. i weigh 8 stone 1 pound and even when i binge my weight is always around the same i wil put on a couple of pounds and loose them the next day.im wondering if i should seek help as i might of already damaged my body
Been there done that...for years...all that I seem to have suffered is the loss of enamel off my teeth. I basically use it for weight control; I don't overeat on purpose anymore, but just in case I do I know the option is available. It can't be good for your throat. It's a bad habit, too.
