Hello, I'm quite embarrassed about this, but I have recently found what appears to be a pimple of some sort in the area between my genitals and anus. It looks more like a large red bump than a pimple (for there is no pus) , and it is very painful. I've had it for about 2 days, and it seems to have appeared suddenly. Any idea to what it may be?
