OK first of all i already know what some of you are going to say that it could be a pimple but i know for sure it's not a pimple nothing is surfacing at all its just a bump and it's between the skin on my right lip it hurts when i wipe myslef and when i touch it. I had the same thing before but it didn't hurt so i didn't worry about it because it just went away but now it is back and now it's sore. i will describe it too just incase someone had the same thing:it is kind of an egg shape and its hard and really sore this time and nothing surfaces please please help me i have a doctors appointment already but i need to ask and see if anyone knows what it is so i wont be surprised when my docot tells me.thanx

I think i have the same thing, it never went away, its about 9 months now...all of a sudden today it started to get a little sore...and i smoked a cigar this evening, and now its swollen and my lips are getting more red!
