Hello, I am 15 years old. I noticed that My testicles have white zit like bumps on them, then I noticed they go up the middle of my penis then stop halfway, but when it stops my skin is a little darker. I am really nervous HELP! I do not feel any type of itching, pains, swelling etc on either body party so I dont think its any cancer.

The white bumps that are evident on your penis can be from hair follicles or the basic use of friction. I would definately not worry about the bumps if they remain the same size, but if you experience any gradual increase, then consult a physician...

Nothing to worry about. These bumps, called penile papules, are very common. I have them as well. They are very much like acne. You get them because during puberty, your brain drops hormones. Skin is often allergic to these hormones, so their reaction is the production of an oil called sebum. This oil clogs your pours, and causes either penile papules or acne. Because most these puberty hormones go straight to the penis, it is common to have penile papules without having acne, or at least minimal acne.
Again, don't worry about it, unless you are sexually active. If you are sexually active, see a doctor about those bumps, as they might be an STD.
