Hi I noticed some bumps on my penis recently and I will like to know if it is anything serious. I am sexually active and only engage in safe sex practices, using a condom every single time. But due to some bad habits I barely shower and I masturbate quite often rubbing my penis hard all the time. I know this seems odd but I'd like to know if the bumps could be anything dangerous
