I am suffering from bundle branch blockage. The thing is haven’t experienced any of typical symptoms. I don’t know if I should ask for second opinion. I do heavy lifting and have read various things on why heavy weight lifting isn't beneficial to your cardio system. Anyone here with bundle branch blockage who can tell me more about it?

I have a right bundle branch block. I was diagnosed about 2.5 y ago, but it seems that many people suffer from this condition, so I understood that is ok to have. I was told not to worry, Better to have a right bbb then a left bbb. I had a valve problem but had it repaired back then when I found out. I think you should avoid heavy lifting and keep monitoring bbb.

I was diagnosed with RBBB following CABG.  I researched the condition and discussed it with 2 cardiologists.  There are no symptoms.  The electrical signal that goes to the right ventricle to cause it to contract got stretched during the surgery.  So, the right ventricle is "ignited" by the signal from the left branch that triggers the left ventricle.  The result is that the right ventricle contracts a mili-second after the left ventricle.  The condition is detected on ECG [QRST wave].  If for some reason the left bundle gets blocked, then a pace-maker is installed.  However, for RBBB there are no symptoms, it is not uncommon, it can resolve spontaneously, and there are no activity restrictions.  The doctors have told me that lifting is perfectly safe.  You should not worry.  There is a good video description of the condition on the Internet.  From my readings, RBBB does (however) expose you to slightly increased risk of blood clot - an Aspirin a day is prescribed to reduce risk of clotting.
