Sometime ago I had 2 bunions removed. The first surgery went fine on the left foot. It turned very purple afterwards so I went with another doctor for the second one. Doctor 2  did 2 surgeries on the right one cause the pins came out and didn't set right and he had to shorten my right big toe a bit. It looks kind of weird but I want to find another doctor to repair it. Can this be done  with a plastic piece ?
