I have had the same symptoms, tests, no diagnosis UNTIL a doctor finally determined that I had EHS - electrohypersensitively caused by exposure wifi, cell phones and electrical fields created by cordless phones microwaves, etc. The treatment thus far has been to reduce EMF exposure, take CoQ10 and ground myself as much as possible (google "Earthing" for more info) For all of you on this blog - the sypmpoms you describe sounde EXACTLY like what I was feeling. Neck felt like it was choking me, ringing in ears, vertigo, heart racing, chest heavy, brain fog, skin on chest, face, scalp and arms felt like it had had an extreme acid peel and at times crawled with pain. You can also go to Less EMF dot com for ways to protect yourself and your home. The newly released book, "Overpowered" by Martin Blank, PhD is also very good to read. Consider how you feel if you've been around wifi and cell phones and this may just be your problem too! We are all exposed to so much EMF from cell phone masts, wifi in public places, computers and wifi at work, appliances (who knew hairdriers are BAD?), dimmer switches, wiring in your home, compact florescent bulbs, smart utiltiy meters, and, and, and... Some people just get to the point their bodies no longer tollerate the constant daily assault of EMF on their systems.
Good luck!

I have had almost the same exact thing you are describing since August 2014. Three trips to the ENT, tooth pulled, root canal, MRI, all types of tests, etc.
I finally was diagnosed with Ernest Syndrome and finally with the injections into my jaw have had relief. Dr. Polit in Pennsylvania treats this condition.

I "checks" her mastoid? Aside from the grammatical error, you are hard to understand because you are vague. You give us unnecessary detail in regard to the word "mastoid" - anyone can look it up, we don't need you to define mastoid for us. But we DO need you to define "checks" in order to have any idea of what you mean. Do you feel it. Do you take an x-ray of it. Do you do a biopsy? Do you put a checkmark on it? What on earth do you mean by "checks." How did you check her mastoid. Yes, I am having similar symptoms.
