I have tried various creams and health tablets.......Still the same.
It can be very depressing indeed.
Embarrassed to see doc again. I know they have seen it all but i hate showing them my 'private' areas!

"Invisible rash"...good description. You explain my symptoms to a T... I thought it was something to do with me having shingles, which I had 4 years before this started happening regularly. But then I remembered at times when I would have sex and have friction or contact (from the age of 17 or whatever), I would have that burning sensation on the right side... but it would not last that long. So that was going on intermittently for 15 years before I had shingles. I did not have back problems back then, but now I do have some neck problems and after driving long distances feel like I have a sciatic nerve issue in my right leg. My Dr. said it could be some nerve issue but I have been too busy to follow up. Lucky for me the pain is not that bad- just feels weird. I walk a lot at my job and when I was off in the summer I never had the problem; now that I am back walking a lot it is back. I can deal with it- as long as it doesn't kill me or is related to cancer or something, I will just live with it....

Once thoroughly cleaned, apply some Gold Bond medicated powder into the creases. This will stimulate skin repair down there. It may sting a bit but the foul smell is overcome by the medical odor of the Gold Bond. In a few hours it feels much better down there. Practice good hygiene after that. Clean yourself thoroughly after every toilet use, Yes guys you have to clean and powder that too. Try to limit your complex carb loading (i.e. glucose sugar). Stick to fruits (i.e. fructose) and veggies for you sweet tooth.
The Yeast will always have the upper-hand and you will loose without copious hygiene. Clean yourself up like the way you'd clean your toddler's bum not just simple showering. Yeast can be very aggressive especially in hot humid climates. Anti-fungal sprays work but is dangerous if over used. Also try and get 30 minutes of power-walking every day. Swear off of pies, cakes. candy, sugar. etc. Stick to Splenda or Stevia for your sweet fix.
If you start to notice peripheral neuropathy (tingling in feet and hands - and yes even down there too), you should seek medical advice, You may need special prescriptions like Lyrica and Anti-Type-2-Diabetic drugs to control this potential nerve damage. There's been a lot of recent pharmacological innovations since your last Doctor visit.
