About a month ago, I had safe sex (latex condom). I woke up this morning to pee, and I noticed that there was some white discharge on the tip of my penis (less than a drop.). Thinking it was just because of a wet dream, I didn't think much of it, but when I urinated, it burned (it burns only in a small 1/2 inch area about 1/2 inch from the head of the penis.). After a little web searching, the only possible explanations I could find was either a UTI (urinary Tracy infection) or an std, but Ive only had sex once, and it was protective sex (used a condom)

hello. penile discharge and std are related and you really should follow the changes of your discharge all the time.  anyway, by all those things that you described it seems that you have a Gonorrhea. That is a very common disease that is caused by bacteria that live and grow in wet areas such as the penis. the good news is that Gonorrhea can be cured with antibiotics. But you really should talk with your doctor to decide what medicine is best for you, what can help you. also, people with gonorrhea often have chlamydia as well, so in that case, you might need more than one medicine.
