I have been diagnosised with C.O.P.D. I would lke to hear what the normal protocol is when treating this disease . Not an acute exacerbation just trying to live with the disease.
I have COPD . I have it for three or four years. The normal protocol probably would be on how bad you have it. I got asthema when I was around 26-27, anyway, years ago. The doctor gave me some pills, I call them theo. I have been taking them for years ,now that I have COPD Im still taking them , there used to keep your lungs open ,I have a inhaler and since I didn,t quit smoking I,m now on oxygen 24-7 and two other types of inhalers. Life is good. Enjoy it. I hope this has helped a little.
I have been diagnosed with stage 3 of COPD. I am 55. Trying to find out what my life expectancy would realistically be. Hate this disease.
