Yes, you can be pregnant and still have your period. It's actually common for a woman to have her period throughout the entire pregnancy. A friend of mine had her period until she was 8 months pregnant. She actually didn't find out until she was 5 months because she was on birth control and getting her period regularly. She even took home pregnancy tests that came up negative. She finally had to get a blood test done at her doctor's office.
