I'm not sure precisely what you mean by 14 days to get pregnant... if you mean ovulation (egg being available) for fertilisation, approx half way through her menstrual cycle, so 14 days, approx?
Not that it particularly matters, since the basic answer is no.
Normal pregnancy entails an egg being fertilised by a sperm cell, and then setting up home in the uterus for the next nine months.
Her period is her body saying 'damn, the sperm never showed', breaking down the house, and building a new one.
So for a normal pregnancy, if you have sex (protected or unprotected, but more obviously a concern of unprotected) then that is why women wait quite anxiously for their next period, because then they know they're 'safe' (or disappointed, depending).
If you want her to be pregnant, I hope you discuss it with her first, and likewise her to you, and if you don't want her to be pregnant, take responsibility for your side, invest in condoms, they're a lot cheaper than babies.
