i smoked yesterday and woke up feeling like i had strep,
so my moms taking me to the doctor but im worried they'll ask if i smoke.

do i even have anything to worry about?

They can't tell just by looking down your throat, but they will ask.

If you don't smoke everyday, they probably won't be able to tell. If you smoke everyday and are chronic, they might be able to see something that implies you do.
