I have got several spots on the back of my throat, they look like red water blisters, is this anything to be worried about?

Are they very sore?  It could be a herpes virus, mono, or a typical sore throat.  If it develops into white patches, it is probably strep throat.  If it is strep throat, you will need to stay away from people as it is very contagious.  You will need to go to the doctor to have it treated.  The other types of sore throats will go away on their own.  You may be contagious with the herpes type if that is what it is.  The only way to know is to have a culture of one of the blisters to know.
