My fiance and I had anal sex for about a week and every time right after I would have stomache pain and cramping well now I have a really bad diarrhea my stomache hurts right after I eat I have heartburn and I was also vomiting, what can I do? Is this really a gastrointestinal disease ? I've been like this for 3 days how can I treat it or be diagnosed ?
Do you have a fever? I got a urinary tract infection from topping in anal sex once and it was a drag, but I didn't get GI symptoms. My doc told me to piss right after anal sex (and/or wash my penis) and, knock on wood, that's kept it from ever happening again.
