I've recently found out that I'm lactose intolerante earlier this year. Lactose only badly upsets my stomach. But I got told that you can eat old cheese and yogourt even if you are lactose intolerante. Is this true?
Thanks

The thing is - every person with lactose intolerance has a different level of how much lactose they can digest. Some people might drink a glass of milk with a meal and be fine, while other lactose intolerant person would be in bad stomach trouble. So, yes, it's true that it's considered that yogurt, regular one, not frozen, is easier to digest for lactose intolerant people as well as is swiss cheese, for example, because it has lower lactose content than other cheeses. But it all depends on how you will react to yogurt or small amount of cheese.
