Can kidney problems cause swollen feet and penis issues?

I have stage 4 am 65 years old .Have felt and see my penis is swollen on one side when erect. I don't see any other place swollen. Kidney dr said my legs are a little swollen.Icannot see it I have thin legs .

I wil, call my urologist also had prostate surgery 5 years ago and heart valve replacement in 93
