i had unprotected sex with my GF on 29th Mar 2009, but used the 'withdrawal method. Even so, i might have some precum which i always did. 9 days later, on 7th Apr 2009, she had her period at it lasted till 11th Apr 2009(today). Anyway, i took a urine pregnancy test and it came out negative.

I understand a sperm can live in a woman's body for up till 7 days!. Which means i also tested too early. But she had her period 9 days after sex, is there still the possibility she might be pregnant?

if you gf had her normal period on time them it is extremely unlikely that she is pregnant.
Contrary to popular opinion there is no sperm in pre cum, it is a sterile fluid designed to help lubricate the tip of the penis during sexual arousal.
But sperm can be present in the urethal tube if you have previously ejaculated, by intercourse or masturbation, at an earlier time.
withdrawl method is not a good way to carry on during sex , because you are interupting the natural build up of pleasure and climax, both for you and her.
sexual satisfaction comes more pleasurably if you can continue until orgasm, preferably for her as well as you.

Withdrawal is unsafe Dont do it if you're worried about pregnancy. Birth Control is free so it's no excuse. Anyway it's highly unlikely that she is pregnant. Precum CAN contain sperm but only if you've ejaculated and did not urinate. Her period can so shes probably not pregnant.
