My boyfriend is a body builder who has taken testosterone for several years. Now that he's stopped his penis and testicles have shrunken. Can this be reversed?

Penis doesnt shrink from testosterone a lack of testosterone may however shrink it (less elasticity,blood flow), maybe his own testosterone production and sperm production is low due to the administered testosterone. Would need HCG/CLOMID to start things up again.

There are massive side effects of using steroids. These effects i.e diabetes, heart desaes will more probably the cause. Followed by death if untreated.
