MRI-IMPRESSION: Multilevel degenerative dish disease and degenrative facet disease, most significant as c3-4 with severe left neural foraminal narrowing.

I have horrible neck pain, numb left face and ear area and neck area. Numb fingures on left hand.

Doc says I should have the nerves blocked leaving my neck to mask the pain because it can't be operated on.

Is he right? Can't C2-3 C3-4 be operated on? I had C6-7 operated o in the past and it worked. Got a steal plate in there holding things together.
