For the past 3 or 4 months ive been sleeping without a bra. Not until a month ago i started having a pain in my chest (right in between my breast) So i then started wearing my bra to sleep but i still have that same pain. If im sleeping on my left side and roll over to the right it hurts. Also when i get up or bend over, so i have to be sure to move slow. Could it have been from me sleeping without a bra for that long that caused this pain? What type of appoinment should i make to get this checked out?

And about the mole..., i recently noticed this dark brown dot on my left nipple, which looks like a mole so i believe thats what it is. That i can recall ive never seen that "mole" in all the times ive showered or changed bras etc. However my husband says its been there? Should i take this "dot" serious??
MANY women have "birth marks" on their nipples - it is because of melanin being more pronounced in that area! Can I ask why you sleep with a bra on? is it because you have large breasts? Breast pain can be from MANY reasons - bruising, stretching, cramping, pressure, infection, time of the month, hormones, cysts - from caffeine, etc. So 1st thing 1st, why do you wear a bra, and try and describe the pain?

Since i started developing i always wore a bra to sleep. I just thought it was right. Plus being that i was young i didnt want to Not wear one around my sisters or brother. Now that i live wit my husband im more free and comfortable in my own home.
The only time i Dont wear a bra is when im lounging around the house or when i sleep. Ive been doing so for the past 4 months but up until last month was when the pain started.
It feels like a weight is being pushed on my chest. My breasts dont hurt though. Its just my chest plate area. It only hurts when i turn over in bed, bend over to pick something up, or if im laying down to get up from the bed
Not really a piercing sharp pain, more of a straining ache pain

Got ya! I have 2 theories, 1. you have pulled your chest muscle - heavy lifting, coughing, stretching 2. You have a pulled back muscle - same causes! I truly think it is a pulled chest muscle! Have you lifted anything or were sick - with a cough - before this started?

Now that you mentioned it, i did have mild back pain (probably caused from the way i was sleeping) back in April. And i did some stretching! I Think my chest pain started after i got my back straightened out (my memory is a blur ^_^) Since April ive still been doing my morning and nightly stretches, to keep up with my posture. But i wonder now what i could do for my chest??

Thanks for helping me remember my backache by the way! I forgot all it

When you say "back straightened out" What do you mean?

Well my posture was somewhat slouchy. And even when i slept i would wake up hunched over. But now ive improved it (or "straightened" it) by sitting up straight and stretching. I wouldnt have thought that wouldve affected my chest though

Answer me this! I wnat you to do something for me! Sit in a chair just TOTALLY relaxed, don't think about your posture! See if this eases your chest pain? Then straighten up - to what you have been doing, does that aggravate your chest?

I too have chest pains and they seem to be exactly as celessy365 has described.  When I bend over, reach for someting, or stretch...I get this pulling or squeezing pain in the middle and to the left of my chest.  I've had it for a while now but seems to be more frequent.  I am a DD cup but I do have a bra here that's an E cup and fits be perfectly well. I will be going to see my doctor soon and hear what he has to say :)
