I did a tesicular exam on myself and I worry that I flipped my testicule over the wrong way. I feel like I flipped it over vertically. I did it real fast so I forget if I set my ball back in the proper position it was originally in. So is it possible that you can flip over a ball and set it down?

It's not likely that you "flipped" it over, it is attached by a series of blood vessels and tubes. You can certainly twist it however. You'd know if you did, you'd be in extreme pain, as is likely not able to stand up, have nausea and vomiting.
