Hello I am 35 years old and I have been looking for a way to eliminate the insomnia out of my life. I have started having sleeping issues last year and ever since I cannot sleep for more than 3 or 4 hours. And I am prepared to do anything for a good night sleep. Can yoga help you with insomnia?

Well, since yoga is a way of getting harmonized with your inner self, I assume that it might help with insomnia problem. You could learn how to breathe properly and to relax your muscles and the entire body completely. And also, since yoga is a kind of physical activity, you would get tired and sleep like a baby afterwards.
