Hello, Morning after pill stops your pregnancy and should be taken up to 5 days (120 hours) after you had unprotected sex. Basically it ends your pregnancy. Some say its safe but i think this pill can cause major side effects such as menstrual changes, nausea, fatigue, vomiting , diarrhea, dizziness, abdominal pain. It can cause your period to come early or it can cause your period to be late. It will mess with your system. I would not recommend taking this pill, just think about this. How big of drug something must be in order for it to end pregnancy? You should avoid this pill and rather try practicing safe sex and you will be fine. Hope this helps
