can you have a miscarriage during the time you should have your period? how could you tell? would you be nauseous/vomiting? would blood be very red and more of it than usual? I HAD A CHEST X RAY LAST WEEK, I STARTED MY PERIOD 3dAYS LAtER, IT IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT THAN USUAL.

U would know if you miscarried. when i did i was 6 weeks gone and i woke up in the morning with really bad cramps, they lasted all day n i felt sick to the stomach then all of a sudden it was as if i had to go to the toilet n when i did i passed blood instead of urine, beleive u me if u did miscarry u would know it isn't just like a period and it is possible that u would miscarry when u are ment to get ur period.
