Hi George,

Regarding the follow up check with your doctor.

As to the flight, you may find that your eyes will get very dry. Let your doctor know of your intentions as they may prescribe some meds to help keep them moist. Don't forget your sunglasses or visor.

Good luck with the surgery.

Hi there,
Cataract surgery is one of most common procedures done in now days. I think that you have to know that this procedure is done very fast but the recovery will take several days before you are back to normal. You will have to be checked in first few weeks in order to see if everything is alright with your eye. In most cases there are no complication with the procedure but you have to know that doctor will monitor any changes if they occur. Also in some cases you will need to wear glasses for some time. I hope that this helped you in any way.

Best wishes,
Marco
