Any update in the matter bro? I have something similar, don't know what it is, doctors tell me after some tests, everything looks normal. Then why the pain? (it wasn't there before, it started 4 months ago). I feel the left testicle a bit of a pain sometimes, not actually the testicle itself but the veins or the strings if you may, those are thicker and sometimes it hurts, the funny part is when I touch them it doesn't hurt.
Please any update for you?
cheers.

It is 3:20 AM and I figured I should add to this thread to help out my fellow man. I previously also had the same exact symptoms as all of you have experienced, and I'm also having them again recently (as of yesterday and today, on and off, as wel as now :/ ). The dull ache above one testicle that feels like it is aching in the testicle, but doesn't actually feel like any pain really exists upon closer inspection, etc. I also feel some dull pain radiating around the groin area and slightly into the leg, where you would think the adductor muscles are. It also may appear swollen in some cases (it did previously although not this time for me). I also have experienced the weird spaghetti-like bulge above the testicle as well, which I suppose is the cord from the epididymis.
I previously went to a doctor and to no avail. Also hit up the ER because the doctor wanted to rule out torsion because it had looked slightly swollen (could have been just elevated and positioned weird? ... stress? See below). I was also told torsion is supposed to be extremely painful to the point where you will probably realize something is terribly wrong. I would assume pain killers wouldn't make the pain of torsion subside either? Not sure.
Anyhow, the ER checked for a bunch of STIs and also had me undergo an ultrasound. Nothing was wrong. Like you guys have been told, the doctor said to wear supportive underwear and take OTC pain-killers.
After all of that, I remember that the pain had subsided about a day or two later. When I look back and reflect, I do wonder if it was caused by stress because my grandfather had recently passed and I was also bothered/stressed about my relationship as well. When I think about it now, I realize recently I've been a bit stresssed again about the relationship and stuff due at work having a time deadline. Thus, I really wonder if my brain is also giving me something to worry about by causing this dull ache/pain. I have wondered - does my brain do this because it then just thinks it can offload the worry/stress into something physical, so then I subconsciously think going to a specialist/doctor might make the issues subside and go away? Sorry for the venting.
All in all, it might be really worthwhile to just relax and take pain killers and not worry (unless it is an extreme case/pain feeling or the pain doesn't subside once you calm down). All of these different testimonies suggest this is likely the case, so calm down first and then evaluate the situation. Also, as I type this, I feel the ache has subsided a bit after taking some Aleve. Therefore, keep your head up guys and just try not to overly worry. Wear support and take pain killers if needed.

I was going to help with my story of years of depression anxiety related pain but site keeps shutting me up. Yes calm down and thinking of other stuff helps like when you ignore your housework. Point is I went thru all the tests all show nothing wrong. All points to depression and anxiety making me feel like a crazy cat lady. Endless loop of pain and pelvic penis muscle tensing making it hurt more as I kept focusing. My horse got sick. I called the veterinarian and he seen me all hunch ing holding my gut. As long as I don't tell on him he would check me out. He took blood pee and stool back with him. 2 days later he returned with 4 types of capsules that I took 3 times. Omg grossest part of my life was that month. Yes free from this for a few years now. I do get this from lots of worry as well but not all the time like before.

Since a vet will not treat humans your all screwed. But if you ask for results you probably take it to your doctor or emergency room and I will guarantee they will laugh while you sit in the room all anxious and uncomfortable for hours freezing from the ac that causes more shrinkage tightness and aches.
