Hello there,
My best friend had similar problems and since it has been going on for months as well he ended up having a surgery because of the untrap nerve. Maybe your neurologist should check this next time you go to see him.
And unfortunately there are various pretty severe conditions which are causing involuntary movement of the muscles so the faster you find out what is the cause of your condition the better. The situation is the same, when it comes to the treatment options. If you don’t know what is causing your problem it is very difficult to treat it as well. I hope that you will find some solution fast. Good luck and keep us posted.

Food is just a trigger. Probably causes of fluttering are:
1. Anxiety and Stress: Anxiety and stress can cause physical symptoms such as a feeling of fluttering or quivering in the head and chest. This is due to the release of adrenaline, which can cause physical sensations throughout the body.
2. Panic Attack: A panic attack can cause fluttering sensations in the chest and head, along with a racing or pounding heart, shortness of breath, chest pain, and dizziness.
3. Hyperthyroidism: Hyperthyroidism, or an overactive thyroid, can cause fluttering and quivering sensations in the head and chest, as well as other symptoms such as weight loss, excessive sweating, and palpitations.
4. Heart Palpitations: Heart palpitations can cause fluttering sensations in the chest and head, and may be due to an irregular heartbeat or other underlying heart condition.
5. Muscle Twitching: Muscle twitching, or fasciculations, can cause a sensation of fluttering in the head and chest, along with other symptoms such as twitching of the eyelids or limbs.
Do you have any health conditions that you are aware of?
