Whenever you have a uncomfortable feeling, you should talk about it with your doctor. Spasms could, like in my case, indicate uterine spasms. I don't know the exact cause why they appear but if this is the case, then your doc will prescribe some additional progesterone for you to take until slightly before the delivery.
