You can not tell someone they aren't pregnant just because that's not how you felt in your pregnancy. Everyone is different.

I read that if you continue to get ewcm you didn't ovulate. Once ovulation happens the cervix closes and cm will be less.

When I was pg with my first, I had NO pain, no sickness, nothing I didn't even know I was until I was 8 weeks in. That said yes it is possible. If you have bumped dirties in the ovulation time frame you should probably wait a week before your missed period to test.
