Will acetaminophen thin my blood? I am taking it for a while. Please, I need to know.
Well, acetaminophen is considered a mild analgesic with the side effect of thinning your blood. It doesn't thin as effectively as say Aspirin or like Warfarin, but it will thin your blood.
