My doctor just bumped me up to 100 mg of Spironlactone and the weekend after I started it, the condom broke. I had just started taking a contraceptive pill that day, so that had no effect. I was told by my doctor that Sprino can mess with your cycles and I was already taking 50 mg of it. I was wondering it it's true that it can cause infertility? I already have PCOS, but I'm not sure how badly my reproductive system has been affected by it. I find I need the reassurance of knowing that the Spiro will decrease my chances of conceiving. It's just not a good time in my life or his to get pregnant.
Chances of getting pregnant on 100mg of Spironolactone.
