I have had the implanon implant in my arm for the past 2 and a half years. I have always had my period every 3 to 4 weeks, sometimes less on it.
Recently, i have gotten extremely sore and tender breasts, i cant even touch them. My period hasnt come for over 6-7 weeks. Im experiencing bad headaches, worse than usual, and feel tired.
I have arranged to get the impanon removed in a couple of days anyway. I just feel sick. Its too impossible to become pregnant on the implant? My tummy is bloated, and i have been having lots of wind and cramps. I took a preg test 2 days ago, it said negative. Whats going on??
Yes it is possible to get pregnant. My sister had the the same implant and she was was pregnant. Tender breast, backaches are all possible signs of pregnancy, but you won't know for sure unless you take a pregnancy test, preferably a blood pregnancy test because they're more accurate.
