What do you say about cheese? Yes or no? Should I keep it in daily meals or throw it out completely? I know that it has fat, but I like it and it would be hard for me to say goodbye to it that easily. I have already given up on many other type of food (all junk, I admit, but I liked it). Since I did that, and intensified my training sessions, my body finally started to get the shape I like. But what about cheese?
If you like it that much, eat it then. I mean, there are all sorts of low fat cheese that will not harm you much. Of course, do not overdo it with cheese. Many people say that dairy products are generally bad for humans health because of the animal fat it contains. Then again, I see those products in a large number of diets, so who is wrong here? I believe neither. I mean, if you balance your meals, you can still eat whatever you like, in reasonable amounts, of course.
