Hello everyone. I'm a 16 year old male who just recently joined the basketball team. This is my first time being extremely active like this (Practice everyday, games if not practice) since about 2 years ago, i havent done much running before the season for those 2 years.

The past month or so, ive been getting a tight feeling in my chest and usually relief comes from cracking it either by putting my shoulders forward and pushing the middle of my chest, or any other way i can find to crack it.

Lately however, there has been some minor to pretty bad pains in my chest following the cracking. Tonight i cracked it and i got a shooting pain up my throat and that made it difficult to breathe. Now, i have very sharp pains in the back of my neck which is giving me a pretty bad headache.

Anybody have anyclue as to what could be causing this? Should it be checked out?
I have got the same problem too, but I had it for over 2 years. It has been a problem every since, been to the doctor several times, nothing help so far, i hope there will be a solution to this soon.
