hi i really need yall help i have been havein chest pain not really bad ones been doin dis for 3 days in the pain runs down my left arm im also havein probs breathen feels like my airways iz closein off dis has been happen for a few months now in feels like something is sittin on my chest if u yall can help plz in thanks

ANYTHING WRONG WITH YOUR CHEST COULD BE A SERIOUS PROBLEM. DONT RELY ON THE SKILLS OF PEOPLE ON THE NET.
I dont want to scare you, and if i have please calm down. I think you hould realise the importance of your chest, any pain from that area should be immediently checked out.
