suspicious density,left upper lung,suggest apicolordotic view mild to moderate cardiomegaly

Your doctors want to do another x-ray, the apicolordotic view, to better image the tops of the lung (apex). The density should not be there. It could be from an infection, scar tissue, fluids, etc.
The cariomegaly, that is a concern. It indicates your heart is enlarged.
Ask your doctor for more information.
